Privacy Policy

This policy explains how FeedUpgrade handles data when you create an account, upload product feeds, generate content, buy credits, or use the application.

Information we collect

Account information, including the name, email address, and profile image returned by Google Sign In.

Product feed data that you upload or paste into FeedUpgrade, including product IDs, titles, descriptions, image links, landing page links, and mapped attributes.

Job settings, generated titles and descriptions, quality scores, approvals, credit usage, and export history needed to run the product workflow.

Payment and credit information from Stripe, including customer ID, checkout session ID, purchased credit pack, and transaction status. FeedUpgrade does not store card numbers.

Technical data needed to keep the service secure and reliable, such as request logs, error logs, timestamps, and basic browser or device information.

How we use the information

To create and secure your account, keep you signed in, and show your credit balance.

To process uploaded product data and generate optimized product titles, descriptions, and related quality metrics.

To provide dashboards, job history, approvals, CSV exports, billing, support, abuse prevention, and service reliability.

To debug errors, prevent misuse, improve product quality, and maintain the security of the application.

Service providers

FeedUpgrade uses trusted providers to operate the service: Google for sign in and AI processing, Stripe for payments, Railway for application hosting, Cloudflare for DNS, security, and delivery, and PostgreSQL infrastructure for application data.

Product feed rows sent for optimization may be processed by Google AI services so FeedUpgrade can generate the requested output.

These providers process data only for the service purposes described here and according to their own security and data protection terms.

Retention and deletion

We keep account, job, product, result, and credit records for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain billing records, resolve disputes, and protect the platform.

You can request account or job data deletion. Some payment, security, and legal records may need to be kept for a limited period even after deletion.

Your choices

You can choose which product feed data to upload and can export approved results from your jobs.

You can revoke Google account access from your Google Account settings.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or export personal data.
