Terms of Service

FeedUpgrade helps merchants and feed specialists optimize product feed titles and descriptions. You are responsible for the product data you upload and for reviewing generated output before using it in ads, marketplaces, shops, or other channels.

You must use the service lawfully and may not upload data that you do not have the right to process.

You sign in with Google. You are responsible for keeping your Google account secure and for activity that happens through your FeedUpgrade account.

We may suspend access if an account is used to abuse the service, attack the platform, avoid payment, or violate these terms.

FeedUpgrade uses credits to run optimization jobs. One credit covers one product row processed for a job.

Purchased credits do not expire. Credits are added after a successful Stripe checkout and are tied to the account that made the purchase.

Payments are handled by Stripe. FeedUpgrade does not store card numbers. Refunds are reviewed case by case unless mandatory law requires a different result.

You keep ownership of the product data you upload. You give FeedUpgrade permission to process that data only as needed to provide the service, including sending relevant rows to AI providers for generation and evaluation.

Generated titles, descriptions, and scores are machine produced. They may be wrong, incomplete, duplicated, unsuitable for a specific channel, or inconsistent with your brand rules. You are responsible for checking the output before publishing it.

FeedUpgrade is provided as an online service and may change over time. We aim to keep it reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error free output, or compatibility with every feed format or downstream platform.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, FeedUpgrade is not liable for indirect loss, lost revenue, lost profit, campaign performance changes, rejected ads, marketplace disapprovals, or other downstream effects from using generated content.

Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow that limitation.
